Alfonso Delgadillo
President of North America, Appliance and HVAC Business Units
Alfonso Delgadillo is President of the Appliance and HVAC Business Units for North America, responsible for the P&L delivery of these two large businesses across Mexico, US, and Canada.
Mr. Delgadillo has a track record of leading global operations in the electrical, electronics and seating systems industry over more than 25 years.
Prior to joining ECI, Mr. Delgadillo led the Global Seating Structures Business Operations for Faurecia (now Forvia). He was responsible for delivering operational performance and driving business growth across North America, Europe, and Asia.
Previously, Mr. Delgadillo was at Delphi Automotive PLC, now trading as Aptiv PLC, leading the North American business with over 50,000 employees across 25 manufacturing facilities. He also worked for over 20 years at Lear Corporation where he served as VP of Operations for Americas.
Mr. Delgadillo holds a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering and a Master’s degree in Operations Management from Tecnológico de Monterrey.
