Our Leadership Team

Faraz Hasan is the President of Global Sales at ECI, leading the company’s global sales organization across all business units and regions. He is responsible for advancing ECI’s global commercial strategy, aligning regional efforts, strengthening customer relationships, and supporting growth through new market and customer penetration.

Since joining ECI in 2017, Faraz has driven sustained growth, expanded ECI’s global customer base, and reinforced the company’s leadership position within the Appliance and HVAC markets. He is recognized for building and developing high-performing commercial teams.

With more than 30 years of experience, Faraz has held senior commercial leadership roles across HVAC, appliance, industrial, and process automation markets, delivering consistent growth in highly engineered product environments.

He holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering with Honors, a Post Graduate Diploma in Marketing and Sales Management, and has completed executive coursework at MIT Sloan School of Management.
