Sameer Pagnis is the President of Industrial Technology at ECI, where he leads the overall strategy and performance of the Industrial Technology division. He is responsible for driving operational excellence, advancing innovation, strengthening customer partnerships, and delivering sustainable, profitable growth across the business.

Sameer is an accomplished global executive with more than 30 years of experience across the industrial and automotive sectors. He has a strong track record of leading complex organizations and driving transformation, growth, and value creation in highly competitive environments.

Prior to joining ECI, Sameer served in leadership and advisory roles, including Chief Executive Officer and Board Member at Bharat Forge, where he led a significant business turnaround. Earlier, he spent 25 years at TE Connectivity, most recently serving as President of the Global Automotive business, where he led a global organization and advanced key strategic initiatives.

Sameer brings extensive experience in global operations, strategy, and portfolio development, and is recognized for building high-performing teams and leading organizations through change and growth.

He holds a degree in Electronics and Telecommunications from the University of Pune and a diploma in Electronics and Radio Engineering from the Bombay Institute of Technology.
